Categories: ProfitSee Features & Updates, In The News

As concerns about the spread of COVID-19 increase, we wanted to send a brief update to let you know how the ProfitSee team is preparing so we can provide exceptional support to our partners.

Our number one goal is to support our partners, their clients, and all advisors that support small and mid-sized businesses! These unexpected economic shifts are impacting many businesses of all sizes. Small and mid-sized businesses will likely be turning to their advisors more frequently to stay on top of their finances. Remote work is on the rise, and we are dedicated to helping you and your teams provide the best dashboards, alerts, and systems to help your SME clients through this.

ProfitSee is a SaaS company, which means that you’re not likely to see interruptions with our tools. However, the humans behind the software aren’t immune. So we’re doing everything we can to continue providing top-notch support and training for our partners while keeping our employees safe by heeding all advice from the CDC and health officials.

Business is operating as usual! As a global company, our teams are already used to working remotely. Our teams are fully equipped to do their jobs from anywhere. This means that we will be able to continue to hold training sessions, webinars, and provide the virtual support you are used to. If you contact our support team at we are still maintaining our guaranteed response time of one business day.

The only thing that will be changing is that you won’t be able to see our friendly faces in person right now at conferences and events; many of which have already been canceled or postponed. I’m sure you have seen many of these messages already, but we wanted to reiterate that we remain available to help support you and your firm throughout these times.
