We’ve just released a new feature, the Sync Indicator Report, that makes frustrating sync problems easier to manage and faster to solve. The reality of the digital age is that sync problems, like mosquitos or cockroaches, will never be completely eradicated. However, we can minimize the headaches they cause, so when they do show up, it’s easier to resolve.
We know that there’s nothing more annoying than not being able to access your data. So we’ve created a bug-spray, (if you’re willing to stick to that insect analogy with me).
IF you encounter a sync issue with your data, our tools now will tell you WHY the issue occurred and give you a couple steps to suck the poison out yourself or try to get it syncing again. Of course, our support team is always here to help you, but some issues can be resolved simply by clicking the sync now button to restart, or checking a data line in your accounting file.
